This course is designed for individuals who plan to start a coaching practice at some point in their careers and who are interested in establishing and growing a small business as a professional coach. This course will cover how to build, maintain and sustain a thriving coaching practice. Students will be presented with ideas, strategies and techniques focusing on best practices for small business development. Topic will include: financing strategies, accounts payable, how to invest in your business, developing new billable services and skills, public relations, and marketing as a small business owner. As a final outcome students will design, develop and deliver a business plan for developing a small-cap professional coaching business.
