Where is my class?
Your registration packet includes your official class schedule and receipt. This schedule confirms your registration, and it indicates your course meeting days, times, and classroom location(s) if they have been assigned. Please carry this to your first class as proof of registration. If your classroom location has not yet been assigned, login to your account to check your schedule, or call (212) 998-7200 the day before classes start. Call Mon.–Thurs., 9 a.m.–8 p.m.; Fri., 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; or Sat. 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

What if I have a question after business hours?
For help during evening hours or on Saturday, call (212) 998-7200 after 5 p.m., Mon.–Fri., or 10 a.m.–2 p.m. on Sat.

What are the policies and procedures for changing classes?
Circumstances sometimes necessitate a change of plans. For complete information concerning program changes (including adding courses, withdrawals, as well as our refund schedule), please consult the undergraduate academic policies. Please note that we are unable to accept withdrawals by telephone.

How can I find out about upcoming SCPS Seminars?
SCPS offers registered continuing education students two seminars during both the fall and spring semesters related to managing your career or the job search. Seminars are typically offered on Friday evenings. For specific dates and locations, visit our Office of Career Management or call (212) 998-7060, Mon.–Thurs., 9 a.m.–8 p.m.; and Fri., 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
