Invitations with instructions will be mailed in late March. If you do not receive this information by April 11th, please contact the University Registrar, Student Services Center, 25 W. 4th Street, 1st floor, to verify graduation status and mailing address. Telephone: (212) 998-4260.

Diplomas: Diplomas are mailed to the graduates' permanent addresses by the Office of the University Registrar approximately eight weeks following the date of graduation. Check your permanent address on Albert. For further information regarding diplomas, contact the Office of the University Registrar.

Academic Attire: Participating students are required to wear academic attire for this event. Place your order on-line by April 8th, 2008. If you have missed the April 8th deadline, you must place a late order. You will go to the Coles Sports Center, beginning Wednesday, May 7th when a representative of Herff Jones, Inc. will be available to take your late order. All late orders must be paid by certified check, money order, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) or cash. Students need to order and pick up their own attire.

*NOTE: Those planning to attend the SCPS Convocation, should order academic attire. Those attending both Convocation and Commencement events will be able to keep their gown to use for both events.
