Invitation Eligibility: Invitations are extended to all graduates and candidates for degrees and certificates for the 2011-12 academic year — specifically for September 2011, January 2012, and May 2012. Invitations with instructions will be mailed in late March.

Guest Tickets: Participating students must order tickets between Monday, March 12th, and Saturday, April 28th.

Diplomas: Diplomas are mailed to the graduates' permanent addresses by the Office of the University Registrar approximately eight weeks following the date of graduation. Academic Attire: Graduates and degree candidates who wish to participate are required to wear academic attire. Orders may be placed online: http://colleges.herffjones.com/college/nyu/

• Undergraduate candidates must order academic attire by Monday, April 16, 2012.
• Graduate candidates orders must be received on-line by Monday, April 9, 2012.
• Please note: if graduate candidates order academic attire online between April 10-16th, you will need to pick-up your academic attire at the Coles Sports Center, dates and times noted below.

YANKEE STADIUM-SPECIFIC INFORMATION

Single-frame flash photography is allowed. All forms of video and motion-picture cameras are strictly prohibited. Guests are also forbidden to use lighting or camera support pods at the Stadium.

Prohibited Items: No backpacks, briefcases, large purses, bags, coolers, glass or plastic bottles, cans, laser pens, video cameras, laptops, firearms or knives are permitted in the ballpark, and there is no claim check area to store any such items. Beach balls, blow horns, and all other distracting noisemakers are also not permitted.

The Yankees reserve the right to change or modify these guidelines without notice.

NYU COMMENCEMENT PORTRAITS

The NYU Photo Bureau will offer Commencement Portrait sessions from Tuesday, May 8, through Friday, May 11, in the Kimmel Center, 60 Washington Square South, room 405.

Hours:  May 8 and 9 from 12:00-8:00 pm; May 10 and 11 from 9:00 am-8:00 pm

Portraits can be taken individually or with friends/family. Caps and gowns will be available. Please note: group photographs with four (4) or more graduating students, please bring your own caps and gowns.

The Commencement Portrait sitting fee is $15.00, non-refundable, and can be paid at the time of the appointment by cash or check. Portrait proofs and portrait package rates will be emailed and mailed to you within a week. Package prices start at $27.95. Registration begins January 1.
