Future Workforce Global Summit

The Future Workforce Global Summit is an immersive two-day event in Berlin that will bring together a diverse international network of scholars, educators, industry leaders, and government representatives committed to the issues of future workforce development.

The findings and collaboration borne of this summit will spur the growth of the new NYU Center for the Future Workforce, positioned at the intersection of professional career education, applied research, workforce development policies and practices, and coaching and consulting services with the purpose of preparing today’s workplace for the evolving workforce transitions.

ABOUT

The Future Workforce Global Summit is the cornerstone initiative in the development of the Center for the Future Workforce, housed within the Human Capital Management Department at the NYU School of Professional Studies (SPS). The summit will kickstart the collaboration, research, and practical innovation required for businesses and academic institutions to succeed in the evolving and increasingly technological future of work.

With its robust network of resources and decades of contributions to the community, NYU SPS has the tools and experience to develop a solution: a vision to educate the workforce of today and tomorrow, a legacy of practical education with demonstrated success in getting learners employed after graduation, close ties to the business community, and faculty who are academically trained current and former business executives.

This inaugural global summit is the meeting point for all people-focused professionals and educators to harness the power of academic rigor combined with business application and continued learning.
